I'm going to start creating poetry & this podcast serves as the line between THE PAST, now firmly in THE PAST & the next & final step : transform.
For anyone dealing with suicidal ideations please try to "catch" either the emotion, thought or behavior. You only have to deal with one, not all, since you tackle the one that is most present, most common, gives you the most self-awareness to know you can "catch" that one.
I found it difficult to identify emotion since my entire body was numb, but had been for 2 years prior so couldn't rely on that. Wasn't going to describe self as numb knowing doctors are dum dum. They'll consider that a "depression" when I know I was not depressed. Hopeful every day, I'd ensure my students had justice because I was dealing with it & went down every avenue including local, state & federal. That is the best I can do.
Now, I find it very easy to identify emotion & you'll hear it. The "emotional pop" is when "my body & brain go boom." Everything is a poem. Just how I talk now, but also am consciously using language to alter multiple inward & thus outward states. It's true, the more tenacious you are on the inside, the most capable you are to actually be witness to yourself in full on sensory ways. What you see is what you see. What you hear is what you hear. Touch is "normal." Not too much or physically numb.
I could not track any thoughts, but I caught them in writing on shards, the pieces & bits I visualized & in doodle form. It's bizarre since I don't make drawings ever. I make lists in the margins if I'm daydreaming.
So I focused on behavior, but was already collecting & perfecting strategies for chronic pain for 2 years & in a way had a baseline.
Keep editing. Last paragraph not right so it's wrong. It's either this or that.

WORLDtwo : b&w contrast (cookie)
WORLDthree : hot pink core (fire)
I really don't think there's a 4th world meaning there really is 3 steps! I trusted my got & COMPOSITION THREE is 1+1+[kids or pets] since this will be Neptune's story. The story was... what a weirdo.
