Patience. Some say it's a virtue, others say, you're either born with it or you're not. The fact is, you CAN be more patient. Patience is a skill. Listen as Tara Lynn gives her 5 ways to be more patient! Regain your self-control, your inner peace, your calm nature...it's in there somewhere! Whether it's a person who's causing you to loose your sh*t, or a recurring frustrating situation, you will learn strategies to remain calm and be more PATIENT.

**Mindset Shift- This situation is teaching me patience. This is an opportunity, given to me by my creator, the universe, to help me learn and grow through patience.
