I've been talking about moving from just Body Love into full-on self-love lately and it's really resonating.

And although I know The Body Love Method works to help women feel better about their bodies, the true strength of the Method is it helps women to love themselves. To be honest that is much more powerful.

But, I also know that for busy women who take on too much (that's the women who need self-love the most), the 12 steps in The Body Love Method feel too much, too overwhelming.

So during this quite time I have managed to distill The Body Love Method down into 4 simple, daily steps so that living a life of self-love, confidence, ease and flow is accessible for everyone.

In this episode I break down the 4 daily steps so you can do them too:

1. Decide

2. Clear

3. Love

4. Rise
