This month we are focusing on starting a new healthy habit each day. It's a new year and I want to help you start some new habits to keep you feeling great with more energy and more vibrancy. As we go through this challenge for this month, you may be finding it hard to stick to these new habits, so I have three helpful tips for you in this episode. I talk about three secrets to how to make it easier to stick to the habits you would like to start. My hope is that this episode will encourage you, make habits easy and fun, and bless you as you start this new year.
