As busy moms we have so much on our plate. Our to do list is constantly growing. More and more items are added to our list daily as we strive to take care of our family, keep track of school assignments, take care of family pets and people, connect with friends, arrange time to run errands, make doctors appointments, plan meals, the list goes on and on. So how do we keep track of all the tiny to do items that pop up throughout our day? In this episode I share four simple categories of tasks, how to break them down, and how to remember them. I'm so excited to share some simple steps to help you stop feeling overwhelmed by the little to do's that come up every day!
