Social Media gives us the message that everyone has it all together. Pinterest perfect, right? It tells us that we are the only ones that have laundry piled to the ceiling, crazy uncontrollable kids running a muck, and countertops littered with mail, food, and who knows what else. Right? You feel like you are running an uphill battle, but never getting to the top. Either that or that you are constantly treading water. It can leave us feeling a constant sense of overwhelm, and struggling to stay on top of everything. In this episode I share three steps that have helped me feel less overwhelmed, more on top of my life, and more at peace. Grab that notebook, and your favorite beverage. Let's dive in!
