We are definitely in a season of spring and refresh! As we inch closer to summer and kids start counting down the days to summer, and we start counting down the days until our schedule drastically changes, it is important to evaluate our time. We know that when summer hits our schedule and our time will look different. In preparation for our kids to be home more we need to evaluate our time and what habits we need to change for summer. In this episode today we will be talking about unhealthy habits, healthy habits, and evaluating the habits we are holding onto as we create space for new goals and habits that will serve us better. Grab that cup of coffee and let's dive in!
