Summer is a more relaxed season that naturally lends itself to self-care. As busy moms we often put our needs at the bottom of the list. We are busy putting out fires, navigating logistics, caring for the needs of others, managing the house, figuring out the schedule, cooking the meals, running a business, and the list goes on and on. So how do we find time in our busy schedule to sprinkle in some self-care? To take time and plan things that will brighten our day, make us smile, and fill up our bucket! Today we will explore possible self-care activities, how to fit in self-care, and why self-care is actually pretty important. Grab a notebook if you have one or just listen in if you are washing dishes, walking, or stuck in traffic. Let’s get started!
