The skills you've gained up to this point are completely valid. But too often, women aren’t sure if they can “own” previous experiences from their full-time jobs in their thought leadership content, now that they’re consultants, service providers, or coaches.
As in, if it wasn't explicitly in our job title, we don't have permission to say we've got expertise in it.
In this solo episode, I’m sharing how our transferable skills can set us up for success. I also talk about some insights of how a career in social impact set me up for entrepreneurship.
