Chris B.(My wife's cousins husband) who is a friend and Godfather to my younger daughter joins the podcast to summarize the 2020 NFL season and preview the playoffs.
We start with a discussion about the surreal year that is 2020 and how we each had a kid since our last discussion which in spite of the turmoil has been a blessing. We hit on the confluence of Covid and parenting. How will Covid change society forever and what are the most rewarding parts of parenting.
We jump into the NFL discussion and talk about how Covid affected Black Monday, We rank the best and worst open coaching vacancies. We discuss QB changes I give a theory as to what Flores was doing starting Tua. We give our end-of-season awards(MVP, Coach of the Year, Rookies). We discuss Eagles tanking against the Washington Football Team and Chris B's conviction around his theory as to WHY. We dive into what went wrong with the Eagles and the Jets over the last couple of years and when I was out on Sam Darnold and how I want a fresh start.
We then preview the Wildcard weekend playoff games-discuss the new format of 7 teams per conference.
