In the whirlwind of modern life, protecting our inner peace can feel like an insurmountable challenge. We face daily chaos from multiple directions, leaving our mental, emotional, and physical spaces cluttered and overwhelmed. This clutter obscures our ability to appreciate the beauty and goodness in life.
We need to protect our peace regardless of the chaos we face every day. Every one of us has mental, emotional and physical clutter that hinders us from seeing the good things in life. This is why it is important that we organise our space, both physical and mental, and revaluate the way we see, feel and respond to things and other events in our lives (Page 105 of my new book The Dream Life Project).
Today, let’s explore the idea of protecting your peace by revaluating the way you see, feel and respond to things and other events in your life. Here are 8 strategies for decluttering your mental space.
