This meditation is for YOU, to give you a few minutes to take a breather, get away from any thoughts of the past and future, to give yourself a little self-love, and to embrace yourself with gratitude for all that you are. We can all benefit from taking a few minutes each day just for us, and taking some quiet time to be in your own presence - with no distractions.
When you are open to giving yourself some love, positivity and space away from the busy-ness, you will begin to learn how to pay attention to how you feel (physically, mentally and emotionally), and become more in tune with YOU. Taking a few minutes just for you, in a loving and positive way, is an important first step in paying attention to yourself and your needs.
