John Gamble I joined the Army in 97 after graduating college. I spent four years at Ft. Hood, deploying to Bosnia in 98. I ets'd in 2001 and joined the Indiana national guard. Six months later my unit activated stateside. After two years of that, my ex got orders to Ft. Wainwright so re-enlisted back to the active duty side. I had just re-enlisted to reclass when I ended up having surgery on my achillies and was med boarded out. I currently work in a powerplant. Daniel Kraemer, is a 15 year US Air Force veteran. He has participated in multiple operations including Operation Noble Eagle, Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Iraqi Freedom, as well as numerous humanitarian missions around the world. During his last deployment in October of 2013 Daniel was injured with a Traumatic Brain Injury which lead to his discharge due to medical injuries. With a TBI, PTSD, anxiety and other PTSD symptoms Daniel felt as if he had nothing once his military career was cut short. With only idle time on his hands Daniel started to drift and let his demons control his every move. It wasn't until almost a year later in late fall 2014 Daniel checked himself into a VA PTSD treatment facility for help. It was there, an old boxing trainer who worked as the facility's recreation director showed Daniel that he was still a warrior, and just because he wasn't at war there was still a battle that needed to be fought. It was through a renewed love of boxing that Daniel found his road to recovery and dealing with his day to day demons. With keeping with that warrior mentality and vigorous strength and conditioning along with intense fight training Daniel has come along way from his dark days of only a few years ago. His goal is to help as many of his fellow combat veterans as possible through fitness and mixed martial arts.
