This episode is about a powerful journey of resilience, hope & survival featuring Barbora Kurcovà, a quirky soul, originally from the Czech Republic, currently residing in Norway. Barbora is a Cervical Cancer survivor.
Barbora was diagnosed with Cervical Cancer in the December of 2019. She started her treatment on the 6th of January 2020, & since then she has experienced a whirlpool of emotions. A journey like that comes with a lot of frustration, anger, pain, fear & worry - all at the same time. It challenges your emotional boundaries, pushes you into survival mode & creates an existential crisis.
How did Barbora fight the cancer? What was going through her mind before, during & after the treatment? How was she feeling about this alien inside her body? How did she get the support she needed?
