Sleep. Oh my! Such an important topic. And yet many of us disregarded it. Did you know that 30% of the population of the world suffers from a sleep related disorder or insomnia? Yeah, it's a reality. And the thing is that when we don't sleep well, our health is affected.

So, let me ask you, are you actually sleeping well? Are you sleeping deeply? Is you mental and physical health being affected by your sleep? These are the things that we are going to be addressing today with Dr. Charlotte de Courcey-Bayley, owner and dentist at St. Leonard Holistic Dental Care in Sydney, and also a sleep specialist, member of the Australian Sleep Association and of the American Academy of Sleep Medicine, and one of a few dentists in Sydney who is accredited by the ASA to fit snoring and sleep apnoea Splints.

Today, Charlotte will be sharing with with us also some of her tips and recommendations for a perfect sleep and also for start getting into restorative, deep sleep in a better and easier way, and improve our health!
