I am so honoured to have Natalie back on the show. We went deep into what it means to ‘disrupt’ the generational patterns that were passed down so we can continue to evolve.

Natalie shared her story of how she was trying to understand her daughter and it led her back to herself. Natalie shared how ‘we are the common denominator in our life and just how powerful this can be.

We talked about how important it is to model self-compassion now to ourselves so our children can see how to do it for themselves.

What I love talking about with Natalie is parenting a ‘Gladiator’ child (thank you Jennifer Kolari). And why we are our children’s frontal lobe and how we navigate the boundaries and emotions of what comes with this.
