Adjusting our breath can indeed have a significant impact on our mood and overall well-being. The way we breathe directly affects our autonomic nervous system, which regulates our body's stress response. By consciously modifying our breath, we can activate the relaxation response and promote a positive mood, Unfortunately, many of us are not aware of this fact and do not pay attention to our breath.
