In this solo show I’m discussing one of my favorite, yet under appreciated trauma healing topics: the role of a resilience reservoir to make mom life easier. I like to tell clients "stress is inevitable, but how we deal with it doesn't need to be." This is the way to change how we deal with that inevitable stress in life.

  • How motherhood in general is stressful, but radical motherhood is next level because our trauma history impacts our ability to respond to stressful events

  • The ways unhealthy coping mechanisms like binge-dieting or mommy wine culture are related to low resilience levels
