What exactly is Self-Study? Perhaps the entire reason we enrolled here in Earth school is to learn more about ourselves. In fact, the greatest project we will ever experience is that of self-discovery, which plays out in the patterns we experience in our life from the habits we form, the symptoms we experience, the dis-ease we create and the other mirrors we face in our lifetimes. We are entirely equipped for the job of transformation through self-study if we know how to embrace change and embody wellness. You are complex and divine. We learn equally from the pain and resistance as well as the alignment and joy. We are the creators of our reality and learning how to self study can lend a hand to help us reflect on what keeps showing up in our lives.
