The SOBER UP podcast was inspired by the decision to sober up halfway through 2023' I wanted to be able to take my audience through my journey and the journey of others each week in area's of their life that they decided Sober Up In. My commitment was to quit alcohol, in which I have struggled with for over a decade. I never hit down bottom , but who knows it could have been right around the corner.
