1.Only 3 announcements. No more.
2.Announcements must be finalized by Thursday or Friday - no last minute.
3.Preach the announcements when possible.
4.Start with a statement about the mission or vision of the church - if you can’t do that, don’t do the announcement. The WHY is more important than the WHAT.
5.Always have visuals.
5 Announcement Ideas:
1.Try pre-recording AUDIO on the announcements and show slides/videos over the audio.
2.Push announcements out via text/email right before the service
3.Move announcements around each week based on where they fit in that week’s flow
4.Make it fun
5.Track the results.
