Mental Health has been a hot-button issue lately, yet many of us don't fully understand what it entails. It's a subject that prompts many different emotions from most people—particularly in Africa. In this episode, we discussed some of the common myths surrounding mental illness. Our hope is that this conversation will ignite understanding around this topic so that with new knowledge, we can be more compassionate towards those around us fighting mental illness.
