Working in the Active Leisure Sector since 2002, Paul is Co-owner of Your Guardian, a business consultancy rooted in education management and with a track record of success, guiding 2 companies through successful acquisitions totaling over £33 million.
Paul also works as a Non-Executive Director and Senior Exec Member for companies both in the UK, Australia and the US. Paul believes that anyone has the capability to run their own business; limiting beliefs and a lack of clarity are the main obstacles to success.
