Recovery is a delicate balance. The balance of good and bad. We want to focus on the good but also remember the bad. We can't focus on just one thing and neglect it's opposite. Likewise, we must celebrate the ups but don’t forget to also embrace the downs of your recovery journey. Even the bad days still have lessons to offer us.
