Coach Hayes owns and operates Hayes Training System in Prestonburg, Kentucky. They Specialize in Strength and Conditioning, Powerlifting and Student athlete training. Hayes has a 10,000 sq. ft training facility where its not uncommon to work with 150 athletes a day.
Before opening his gym, Coach Hayes was an accomplished powerlifter whose best lifts are a 725 squat a 425 bench press and a 680 deadlift with an 1825 total at 220
