Starting to feel like myself again. "Looking back at the last couple years: raising a child that’s not our own, going through court battles to make sure she stays safe… my daughter going into heart failure. There was a lot of turmoil... I don’t know who I’ve been the last couple years. I don’t recognize that person, but it feels like things are a little slower- a little safer now.
