Do you have a history of going WAY overboard on Thanksgiving?

Is it hard to be around all of those delicious appetizers, decadent dishes, and incredible desserts without giving up and eating them ALL?

Yup. I get it. For YEARS I would end every single holiday feeling totally sick and wondering why I couldn't seem to control myself.

I didn't understand why I felt powerless against those ‘special’ holiday foods. Or, let's be honest, most foods.
