This week we talk with Mike Stephenson of Big Bear Municipal Water District about the conditions of Big Bear Lake, stocking plans, and tactics for anglers entered in this years 16th annual Troutfest. The trout are starting to move as the water temperatures cool at Big Bear Lake. We then sit with Floyd Sparks, who's 395.4-pound bluefin tuna is a pending California State record. Sparks shares his day on the water as well as the techniques used to land this giant fish.
