This week on Widowed AF, Rosie and Jonathan reflect on some of the key takeaways from Louise Dodds' recent episode about losing her husband Andy in a cycling accident abroad. They discuss the unique challenges of grief when you don't have children, the importance of life insurance, and the role of being a "keeper of memories" for your late partner.
Rosie shares how her son opened up about wanting to learn more about his late father Ben, and how special those moments of connection can be. Jonathan talks about dealing with emotions from his challenging childhood resurfacing. Both acknowledge the ups and downs of grief and mental health being a continuous process.
