Did you know that the number 1 reason people quit working out is because of their perceived lack of time?

What if we can recognize what is, and know that everything is a choice?

For the last 3 weeks, I have been on a huge city wide fitness tour. Touring new fitness studios, instructors and different fitness modalities. This episode was born from what I was noticing during my tour and also from my past 25+ years of teaching fitness and dance.

Listen in to the top 3 reasons and ask how they pertain to you and if they can help you in other aspects of your life.

Are you familiar with any of these 3 reasons? DM me on Instagram with a “👍🏼“ emoji and let me know if you’re willing to recognize what is and know that you always have a choice.

TOP 3 REASONS WHY PEOPLE QUIT A WORKOUT ROUTINE:

  1. Perceived lack of time.
  2. Exercise related injuries.
  3. Not having fun!

👉 FUTURE EVENTS & CLASSES:

If you loved this episode, it would mean the world to me if you SUBSCRIBED to the podcast on your favorite podcast app (iTunes, Podcast Addict, Podchaser and Castbox, etc.) and give it a 5 star review. I would be forever grateful! Thank you!!
