Manage episode 363679435 series 3359987
In this episode we share a lived experience of coping with grief and loss.
My guest Tichaona Chitsinde lost his child then his wife to health complications and details how he processed and dealt with this heavy emotional experience. We discuss the support he received from friends and family, therapy and taking it one day at a time. We also explore how faith played a huge role in helping him come to terms with this loss and the change on his outlook on life.
Tichaona Chitsinde is a friend I met through my work with Manned Up Conversations, he's a Governance Risk and Compliance Practitioner by profession and all round great dude with plenty of opinions on just about anything.
