Lauren McAvoy is our Yoga expert telling us all about how she has cultivated the most beautiful life for herself and her daughter following a tragic loss after domestic violence.
Lauren is the first Britain's Next Top Model and has traveled the world working for a number of top brands and agencies. After falling in love with Yoga dramatically impacted her life in the most beautiful way, she began to take her practice more seriously and the lessons it has to offer. She qualified to teach and now runs yoga classes throughout Essex and hosts incredible yoga retreats that offer so much more than mat time.
