Welcome to Protecting Your Nest with Dr. Tony Hampton. Dr. Donald Vega is a registered dietitian, strength and conditioning specialist and life-style mentor, based in Costa Rica with more than 24 years of experience in health education. He is the founder of Kilosophy which was established with one vision: “To reverse metabolic disease through a free, fit, happy and healthy society.” He has presented at conferences in Costa Rica, Panama, Argentina, Peru, Mexico, Malaysia and was invited to present at TEDx Pura Vida 2017. Additionally, he is an author and hosts the health and fitness podcast, Bienestar al Descubrimiento.
