You are probably familiar with the more obvious signs of people-pleasing such as struggling to say no to things you don't want to do or bending over backwards for people at the expense of your own needs, but what about the less obvious signs?
People-pleasing becomes so engrained that some habits we pick up are so normalised they go under the radar and we don't see them for what they are - a manifestation of people-pleasing.
Here I explore 5 habits you might not have clocked as people-pleasing and why it's important to practice noticing how people-pleasing is showing up in your daily life. I also offer some ideas for you to start breaking these habits, in a manageable way.
