This is the most courageous and personal episode I've ever made. This episode isn't to shame anyone, nor to blame anyone, but to be an invitation for anyone who is living with pain and trauma to go through the process I share in my TEDx talk so they can be healed.
This is for anyone struggling to break negative cycles holding you back from the life you truly know you want to live. This is for anyone living with an unhealthy self-image due to trauma experienced at an early age. This is for you. This is for us.
Our society is hurting because people are hurting. We are hurting because we have a skewed view of unconditional LOVE. And, because we have a skewed view of love, our society is stuck in perpetual victim mode, which continues the cycle of blaming others for our pain, rather than feeling safe enough to face the pain and go through the pain to heal.
My deepest desire is for anyone who is hurting to be healed. Because, when healed people take action, society will heal. You are loved. You've always been loved. Trust in that.
