Her album Mystic is a musical tribute to her mental health odyssey.
Becca Lane of NAMI Philadelphia compares Bipolar Disorder 1 and 2 and how bipolar can often be disguised as depression, anxiety or ADHD. Common coping skills, therapies, and medications for bipolar. Becca also weaves in her own story of bipolar, her joy after finding the right help, and NAMI Philly’s “Ending the Silence” Program.
