But she didn't start her journey with six pack abs and large social media following ... Meet Emma. Full time group mobility, strength coach and personal trainer. After leaving a comfy stable career, an injury interested her to take a chance on herself and teach others how to become strong themselves. She dove into multiple certifications, hustled for classes, and eventually made this her full time gig.
