This week Courtney and James discuss the growth mindset. James and Courtney talk about how failures and struggles built up their resilient attitude.

James shares how being cut from the basketball team in middle school gave him the opportunity to fall in love with the process of improvement and overcome hearing the fear of falling short.

Courtney brought us back to his first high-school football game where he gave up a touchdown late in the game. That moment would push him to embrace the grind of preparation and focus in on training for the big moments.
