We get real about postpartum body image on this episode! Both of us have had babies recently, so this topic is fresh on our minds. Eating and exercising intuitively during pregnancy and postpartum DOES work to help bring your body back into balance, without any crazy exercise regimens or diets, as we are living proof! We chat all about the vast differences between the way we approached food during out first pregnancies versus our latest pregnancies, how massive the pressure is on new moms to "bounce back", why we should focus on the function of our bodies instead of their form, and how struggling with body image postpartum does not mean you've fallen off the wagon. We also give some practical tips for navigating postpartum body image issues and remind you that there is no such thing as Body Police!
