We found out that it's a myth that strategy has anything to do with it. Strategy has nothing to do with whether your business is built to last or not.
Why do I say that?
"You don't rise to the level of your strategy, you fall to the level of your systems."
Think about it: you can have the grandest strategy in the world, but if your systems—your people, processes, and tech/tools—aren't solid and fundamentally sound, you'll fall.
The strength of your business lies in your systems.
When businesses face ups and downs, it's these systems that catch you, ensuring higher highs and higher lows. 📈💪
