It's the second Tiny Mic Session. Wahoo, the crowd goes wild. These sessions are unscripted, unedited, and a chance to unwind. This session we are chatting about chasing dopamine. Specifically, how I have used, for most of my adult life, food as my only source of dopamine. Let's be honest, if it wasn't food, it was sex and alcohol in my early 20s. Sorry mom. Now I am exploring more serving ways to get that hug of emotions in intentional and more joyful ways. I would love to hear from you, how do you chase dopamine?
