In this episode, I talk about the importance of women's health and the reason why conventional solutions for women’s health are outdated. As a natural alternative, I introduce the five pillars of women’s holistic health: nutrition, movement, sleep/rest, mindfulness, and clean living. I discuss the societal constructs that negatively impact women – especially around diet, exercise, and rest – and how to overcome them. I share the connection between rest, mindfulness, and stress, and how you can use it to improve both your mental and physical health. Lastly, I talk about how to avoid toxins and detoxify your body if you’ve been exposed to them.
