As a high achiever, you’re used to being able to do pretty much anything you set your mind to. Yet, you still struggle with anxiety. Sometimes anxiety makes you avoid things, and the avoiding makes you more anxious, and you enter into a self-perpetuating cycle of avoid, be anxious, avoid more, be more anxious, and on and on. In this episode I’ll share the one thing that you can do this week to move through what you’re avoiding so you can get some relief from anxiety ASAP.
