How long have you been waiting to feel your best? Do you feel like you have to change your body FIRST before you can feel or be healthy?

This week a client of mine said to me, “I’m taking actions to feel healthy now and am no longer waiting to lose 20 lbs first.” And this shift made her feel so much more empowered than being stuck in the narrative of, “I just need to wait until my body is smaller, then I can do the things in alignment to how I want to live my life.” And I want to chat with you about it!

In this episode, we chat about:

  • Why it makes sense to feel like you have to ‘wait for weight loss’ to take action
  • The messages diet culture makes us believe
  • How you can actually feel healthy, happy, confident, etc. before (even without) losing weight
  • Some real life examples of how one of my clients is making these shifts
  • The question I want you to ask yourself
