Brooke Spendlove NBC-HWC started her health coaching career in order to help her clients “fix themselves and hit their ideal weight or size goals.” One evening she received a message that would completely change her life, her coaching philosophy, and ultimately shift her career path. After fully immersing herself into the study of Intuitive eating, she learned that the best approach to better health is healing the relationship with food and the body. Through her coaching practice, she assists and educates her clients on the importance of practicing self-compassion and incorporating the “whole person” approach to health which will assist in establishing more health-promoting behaviors.
