As part of the get to know the host series-- all before we take a deeper dive into Norse/Viking culture and lore, I'll be covering all things holistic health and its value.

  • Holistic health - What is it?
    • The whole person approach to health. This includes a person’s physical, emotional, mental, social, and spiritual wellness. Taking into account more than just the physical symptoms of disease or injury.
  • 3 main topics of value-- consumption, routines, and support
  • Eating to support the body is vital for quality health
  • What is normal? What does a "normal" or homeostasis body feel like?
    • Rested, uplifted spirits, no headaches, no digestive issues, temperament is even, going to sleep is easy and staying asleep a normal thing, energy to keep up with the life you want to life!

To get on top of your health... Do your own research! Don't take no for an answer. Get a second opinion. We have more power and autonomy over our health than we have been conditioned to believe.
