Feeling hungry and angry? Perhaps, you went out and it's been quite a few hours since you last ate and you are getting more irritable, anxious and angry. Maybe, you don't even recognize your hunger cues, as you've tuned them out long ago, after years of dieting and following certain meal plans. Or, maybe, you feel hungry at odd times, like just before bed or just going out to run some errands.

Parents know when their kids start acting up or bickering or get miserable and it's been a while since they last ate. Those hunger pangs kick in but also the dip in blood sugar can cause light headedness or brain fog.
