If you skip this week's task, over time regular activities will become more difficult. And this could be the difference between feeling good or starting a slow slide into poor health.

Moving around in various ways throughout the day helps you perform your daily activities. But if you don’t and find that you are stiff all the time, then getting up out of a chair, out of your car, and any number of other “regular” activities will become more difficult.

Doing mobility and stretching exercises will keep your muscles flexible and having that flexibility will allow you to have a better range of motion in all of your joints.
