He's been a healthy guy, and his chronic remedy, Dulcamara has helped him with everything for the past 15 years. Now he has vertigo and something funny happening with food. Two quite specific symptoms have come on in the past 4-6 weeks, with no apparent cause. Careful questioning has brought forward nothing else! How do we work with narrow cases like this?
