In this episode we delve into the topic of running injuries. We cover a wide range of injuries from common muscular issues many runners suffer to some specific issues including anaemia and sciatica. We talk about our own experiences with injuries, how to deal with them physically and mentally and how to keep enjoying running when injuries or illness strike. We also talk about how our weekly training is going as we work towards our own running goals and also cover a few topic suggestions from listeners for future episodes. Its also half term week so we discuss how this can impact running and how to get some runs in with early starts to the day! We will back every Monday with a new episode.
